The Philippine Army Recruitment Office is now accepting aspiring soldiers via online registration under the “new normal” regime. 

The Philippine Army or Hukbong Katihan ng Pilipinas is one of the branches of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) accountable for ground welfare.

Now, are you sick and tired listening to the people or public figure saying that they want to serve the country but end up rallying on the street against the government?

If you want to serve your country (heartily), then join the Philippine Army.

An aspiring applicant can apply for the following courses according to their qualifications:

For Candidate Soldier Course

Qualification:

– Natural Born Filipino Citizen

– 21 to 27 years old at the start of training

– At least 5’ft in height, both male and female

– Physically and mentally fit

– 72 units in College

– If High School graduate, must possess a certified skill needed in the military service (TESDA certificate NCII) or K-12 graduate

– No pending case in court

– Single without child

Documentary Requirements:

– Highest educational diploma

– Transcript of Record (TOR) or Form 137/138

– NSO/PSA-issued birth certificate

– Any valid government ID

– 2×2 picture

For Officer Candidate Course (OCC)

Officer Candidates that will undergo the Officer Candidate Course (OCC) must possess the following qualifications:

– Natural Born Filipino Citizen

21 to 29 years old on the start of training (no age waiver)

– Baccalaureate degree holder

– At least 5 ft in height, both male and female

– Physically and mentally fit

– Single without child

– No pending case in court

NOTE: New age requirement for Officer Candidate Course (OCC) is 20 years old to not a day older than 25 years old and for Candidate Soldier Course (CSC) is still the same at 18 years old to not a day older than 26 years old upon admission.

– Summary of Information (for military applicants)

– Any valid government ID

– NSO/PSA-issued birth certificate

– 2×2 picture

For Officer Preparatory Course

Officer Candidates that will undergo the Officer Preparatory Course (OPC) must possess the following qualifications:

– 21 to 31 years old on the date of Call-to-Active Duty

– Commissioned in the Reserve Force as Second Lieutenant

– At least 5 ft in height, both male and female

– Physically and mentally fit

– No pending case in court

Documentary Requirements:

– College Diploma

– Transcript of Record (TOR)

– Curriculum Vitae (for civilian applicants)

– Summary of Information (for military applicants)

– 2×2 picture

– Any valid government ID

– NSO/PSA-issued birth certificate

How to Apply?

Aspiring applicants must fill out the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. After successful registration, wait for the Text Message/SMS of your SCHEDULED DATE before going to the respective office.

Once your schedule has been confirmed, you may proceed to the assigned Army Recruitment Office.

Only those scheduled for the day will be entertained.

a. Transcript of Records (TOR)/Form 137-A

b. PSA-Issued Birth Certificate

c. Medical Certificate from Municipal / City Health Office stating that you are COVID-FREE/Fit to travel.

d. Pencil

e. Valid ID

f. Face mask

g. Face shield

h. Disinfectant/alcohol

The screening begins at 7 AM and the examination begins at 8 AM.

Strictly no walk-ins. No mask, no entry policy, no exam is strictly enforced.
