MANILA,
Philippines – The Professional Regulation
Commission (PRC) announces that out of 31,531 examinees, only ##,###
passed the August 2026 Criminology Licensure Examination (CLE) given by
the Board of Criminology in thirty (30) testing centers all over the
Philippines.
Out of 31,531 examinees
who took the grueling board exam across 30 testing centers nationwide,
only ##,### successfully passed, reflecting the rigorous standards
set by the Board of Criminology. The examination was held on August 1, 2026,
and on the following days, under the strict supervision of the Board, chaired
by Ramil G. Gabao, with members Warren M. Corpuz and Lani
T. Palmones.

Aspiring
criminologists took the board exam in thirty (30) different testing locations
nationwide to ensure accessibility and convenience. These included: NCR,
Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi,
Lucena, Mati, Palawan, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao,
Zamboanga, Antique, Bacolod, Bayambang, Bohol, Cauayan, Dumaguete, Ilocos
Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Lipa (Batangas), Nueva Vizcaya, Santiago City and

August 2026 CLE Passing Score & Deferment Rules
To pass the August
2026 Criminology Licensure Exam, an examinee needs to achieve a weighted
average of at least 75%, with no grade falling below 60% in
any subject.
