NLE RESULTS: May 2024 Nursing Licensure Exam Passers
Out of 11,116 examinees,
only 7,749 (69.72%) passed the May 2024 Nursing Licensure
Examination (NLE), administered by the PRC Board of Nursing on May 6 and 7,
2024, at designated testing centers nationwide.
The results of the May 2024 Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE) will be released on May 13, 2024 or four (4) working days from the last day of the examination in accordance with Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Res. No. 1728, entitled “Schedule of Licensure Examination for Year 2024”.
In
the last quarter of the previous year, a total of 25,761 (80%)
out of 32,2023 successfully passed the said examination.
The recent NLE examination was held on May 6 and 7, 2024 (Monday & Tuesday) in different testing centers in the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
The PRC Board of Nursing,
led by Chairman Elsie A. Tee, and its members Carmelita C. Divinagracia, Merle
L. Salvani, Zenaida C. Gagno, Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz, Marylou B. Ong, and
Elizabeth C. Lagrito, administered the exam.

Did you know that the PRC can release the nursing board exam results earlier than the expected date?
It has previously been observed that the PRC, as an implementing and policy-making body, may not adhere to the schedule for releasing exam results. Based on the resolution no. 1728, May 2024 NLE will be released on May 17, 2024.
There have been a few occasions, however, where the PRC has released the results early; for example, the November 2022 NLE results were released 3 days early. Similarly, the PRC published the May 2022 NLE results 10 days earlier than expected.
In conclusion, the results of the May 2024 nursing board exam will be available at any moment or closer to the expected date of results.

In order to pass the November 2023 NLE, examinees must get an overall weighted average of 75% and no grade lower than 60% in any subject.

The rating verification of the May 2024 Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE) conducted by the Board of Nursing will be accessible via an online portal.
