How to Pay Davao Water Bill Online 2024

Did you know that you can pay your water bill online? But what about if the payer doesn’t have mobile banking or e-wallet such as GCash, PayMaya, Landbank account, etc.?

Last year, the Davao City Water District implemented an online payment scheme with more partner banks and payment centers.

There are two (2) ways to pay your water bill: 1) Online and 2) Over the Counter payment.

For payers who avoid hassle and save time, you can use the online payment scheme. The most common are GCash and Landbank payment.

GCASH Payment Process

If you don’t have the GCash app yet, you can download it here GCash.

In your GCash, go to Pay Bills, then Water Utilities, and look for Davao City Water District.

Key in the following information:

ü  9-digit DCWD account number

ü  Account holder’s name

ü  Valid mobile number

ü  Payment amount

ü  Working email address

NOTE: Accounts with 2% Franchise Tax must pay in a DCWD office or collection center.

For Landbank Online Payment, go to https://www.lbpiaccess.com/, then Enter your iAccess ID and Password. Under “Features” of you iAccess, look for “Bills payment” and then “Choose a bill to pay”  select “Davao City Water District.

Prepare your DCWD Account Number and the amount to pay. Hit NEXT and you will be routed to CONFIRM your transaction.

OVER-THE-COUNTER PAYMENT GUIDE

For over the counter payment scheme, payers must secure a REFERENCE NUMBER from LinkBiz before paying to ECPay and Bayad Express partner stores.

STEP 1. Go to www.davao-water.gov.ph/PayDCWDbillOnline. Under Transaction type select “Water Bill” and for Payment Options select “Cash Payment

Payers can select other payment options such as LANDBANK/OF Bank ATM Card, BancNet, or other Banks via PCHC Paygate (Robinsons Bank, Union Bank RCBC).

STEP 2. Provide the details of the following transaction:

ü  DCWD Account Number

ü  Name (Surname First Name MI)

ü  Contact Number

ü  Email Address   

Type the CAPTCHA (a combination of letters and numbers) and click CONTINUE

STEP 3. Double Check your Transaction Details and tick that you are “at least 18 years old and have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions” before hitting the SUBMIT icon.

STEP 4. Choose your Payment Method

Payer can choose ECPay, Bayad Express, or 7-Eleven, then click PROCEED

NOTE: Transaction must be paid within 48 hours after the payer receives the reference number. Otherwise, non-payment within the said period shall automatically render as a failed transaction.

How much is the charging fee?

A minimal convenience fee ranging from ₱10 to ₱30 will be charged.

DCWD informs the public that when they pay their transaction online, payments must be made at least three working days before the due date. The water service provider added that payment will be reflected on the consumer’s account within two working days after payment is made online.
