2023 BAR EXAM PASSING RATE
The 2023 Bar Exam requires a minimum passing score of 75%, which is calculated based on the weighted scores of each subject and the percentage of correct answers out of the maximum possible score.
However, the Supreme Court has the authority to adjust the passing percentage if needed, as it has done in previous Bar Exams, in order to ensure fairness and accuracy in the evaluation of the bar examinees.
The highest court
clarified that the modifications to the 2020-2021 Bar Exam were only for that
occasion due to the pandemic and a natural calamity.
Aspiring lawyers and law students are encouraged to keep themselves informed and updated on the latest developments regarding the 2023 Bar Exam results.
Best of luck to all the
takers!
