NOVEMBER 2023 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam RESULTS
The Professional
Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 6,180 (33.27%) out
of 18,582 examinees passed the November 2023 Civil Engineer Licensure
Examination administered by the Board of Civil Engineering in various
testing centers.
The results of the November 2023 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination are expected to be released within five (5) working days from the last day of the examination, as required by Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Res. No. 1589, entitled Schedule of Licensure Examination for Year 2023.
The two-day examination
was administered on November 17 and 18, 2023 (Friday and Saturday) in
different testing centers in the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan,
Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena,
Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Palawan
The PRC Board of Civil
Engineering chaired by Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, and members Engr. Pericles
P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estaero, administered the exam.

PASSING PERCENTAGE SCORE (%)
A candidate for professional civil engineer must obtain an average of seventy percent (70%) on all subjects in order to pass the exam, with no rating lower than fifty percent (50%) in any subject.
Those who successfully
pass the civil engineer exam are required to visit www.prc.gov.ph for
initial registration and bring the following: a properly filled out Oath Form,
or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal; a notice of admission (only for identification);
two passport-sized pictures (colored with a white background and a full name
tag); two sets of documentary stamps; and one short brown envelope.
The
face-to-face oathtaking of new civil engineers will be held on December 16,
2023 (Saturday), from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Plenary Hall,
Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Vicente Sotto St., Pasay

The verification of ratings and test results for the November 2023 Civil Engineer
Licensure Examination will be available through online portal.
