A sycophant means a person who excessively flatters another person just to win their trust in a snap and for personal gains. How to deal with sycophant co-workers? This is not a thread on how to deal with them but just one stone of advice that would surely drop the life of many birds.

Going in games and challenges which made you win at the end of the line. Winning something gives you more pride in self and reputation. Hence, winning over someone higher in authority or colleagues in fake manners would never bring you in genres of authenticity and well-built character.

The very great way to deal sycophant is to let them not annoy or bother you even in the slightest possible way. You are a person who has unique abilities, skills that built you in the greater picture, a person that’s well made by the occurrences that come along the ways, then you will just let that sycophant break your royal aura which it took some time to build on it? No, don’t! Don’t give him, her, or them the privilege to take your sentiments in irritation, anger, sadness, or annoyance.

Who are they in the first place to do that? Yes, you may say they are your colleagues but your world with them doesn’t revolve from time to time. Just the moments when you are at work you mostly get to interact and be in the same place and with too many parameters also. You, yourself at the end of the day will be always with you so don’t let them take the crown of your sanity.

It’s too risky and difficult in constructing the house of yourself. Their petty ways should not damage how much you cared and protected your sentiments.

I know it’s hard to not let them annoy you, but always remember that your emotions are along the line the moment you well let them sink in your mind and heart. Once again, do not break your sanity just because of other people’s petty moves.
