Suspension of April 2020 NAPOLCOM Exam
The
National Police Commission (Entrance and Promotional) Examination which was
supposed to be conducted on April 26, 2020, is TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED by the
National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) due to health and safety concerns for
both our applicants and test center staff stemming from the coronavirus
(COVID-19) outbreak.
In
compliance to Proclamation No.
922, signed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, dated March 8, 2020, declaring a
State of Public Health Emergency throughout the Philippines and calling for the
implementation of urgent, critical measures to contain the spread of COVID-19,
the NAPOLCOM suspends the conduct of the April 26, 2020 PNP Entrance and
Promotional Examinations until further notice.
The
suspension of the police examinations is a preventive measure to mitigate the
rise in the number of COVID-19 cases and to support the government in
undertaking appropriate measures in a timely manner to eliminate the COVID-19
threat.
Further,
the processing of the applications for examinations shall continue until March
25, 2020, as scheduled.
The
announcement on the new schedule of NAPOLCOM Entrance and Promotional
Examinations will be available on this website as soon as NAPOLCOM releases it.
