October 2024 Licensure Examination for Fisheries Professionals Results
The results of the October
2024 Licensure Examination for Fisheries Professionals (FTLE) will be
released in three (3) working days from the last day of examination in
accordance with Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Resolution No. 1891
series of 2024, entitled “Revised Schedule of Licensure Examination for October
to December 2024”.
The two-day examination
was conducted on October 10 and 11, 2024, at the different PRC testing centers
in the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan
Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Rosales,
Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The Board of Fisheries who
administered the licensure examination are Westly R. Rosario, Chairman; Carlos
C. Baylon, Catalino R. Dela Cruz, Joebert D. Toledo, and Gerald F. Quinitio, members.

SCHEDULE OF INITIAL REGISTRATION
From November 2024,
registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and
Certificate of Registration for Fisheries Professionals will be done online.
Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register
are required to bring the following:
a) Downloaded duly
accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal,
Notice of Admission (for
identification only);
b) 2 Pieces passport
sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag);
c) 2 sets of documentary stamps; and
d) 1-piece short brown envelope.
Successful examinees
should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Fisheries
Professionals.
VERIFICATION OF RATING
The verification of
ratings and test results for the October 2024 Licensure Examination for Fisheries
Professionals given by the PRC Board of Fisheries will be available via
online portal.
PASSING SCORE
An examinee must obtain a
weighted general average rating of seventy-five percent (75%) with no
grade lower than sixty percent (60%) in any given subtest.
However, if an examinee
obtained a rating below sixty percent (60%) in any given subtest(s), he/she
shall be allowed to take the examination in the subjects where he obtained a
grade below sixty percent (60%). This removal exam shall be availed of only
once in compliance with PRC Resolution
No. 2000-664 series of 2000.
