NAPOLCOM Exam Schedule for CY 2023
The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) has released its guidelines in the conduct of NAPOLCOM Examinations for Calendar Year 2023.
So when will be scheduled exams for CY 2023?
The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Online Registration Information System (NORIS) will be opened and activated on the following dates thru www.oleass-napolcom.com for the conduct of the PNP Entrance and Promotional Examinations in all region on December 2023:

However, the conduct of the said examinations must adhere to the existing conditions as determined by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.
What to bring during examination:
Examinees are advised to bring the following:
a. Notice of Admission (NOA);
b. Examinee Profile (EP);
c. One (1) Government issue ID with signature (such as PNP, SSS, GSIS, Voter’s, Postal, Passport, Driver’s License, PRC, etc.) The NAPOLCOM personnel will impose a “NO ID, NO EXAM” policy.
d. Pencil No. 2;
e. Black OR Blue ballpen
f. Filled-out Health Declaration Form (to be given by the NAPOLCOM Regional Office);
g. Any of the following (electronic, picture, photo or original copy), for presentation only:
g.1. Vaccination Card/Certificate (if you are fully vaccinated);
OR
g.2. Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) negative test result OR COVID-19 Antigen negative test result issued WITHIN 72 hours before the examination day (if you are not fully vaccinated and unvaccinated individual); AND
g.3. Any other requirements as may be required by the Local Government Unit where the examination will be administered (if any).
h. Examination Profile (EP) shall be signed by the examinee during the examination and must be submitted to his/her proctor.
Below
are the following guidelines that all applicants must observed in the conduct
of the scheduled NAPOLCOM examinations:
1.
TAKING OF BODY TEMPERATURE OF ALL
PERSONNEL (NAPOLCOM personnel, examinees/applicants, and other visitors
like examination observers, if any) and sanitizing of hands before entering the
NAPOLCOM office and examination centers.
Only
those with normal body temperature (up to 37.5 degrees Celsius) and with FACE MASK shall be allowed to enter the
premises. Everyone shall be required to wear their face mask AT ALL TIMES, during processing of exam
applications and actual conduct of examinations.
2.
SOCIAL DISTANCING shall be observed during
the processing of exam applications and actual conduct of examinations. Examinees
shall be at least one (1) meter apart
when queuing.
3.
Only twenty (20) examinees will be allowed per room and chairs will be arranged
at least one (1) meter apart.
PNP Entrance applicants may also have the option to take the Computer-Assisted Examination (CAEx) at the NAPOLCOM Central Office located at EDSA corner Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, instead of taking the 2023 examination.
How much is the examination fee?
For CAEx – Six Hundred Pesos (Php600)
For PNP Entrance Exam – Php 400
NOTE:
Applicants for CAEx are required to signify in writing their intention in
taking the CAEx and the preferred date of exam.
