Did you know that the PRC can release CLE exam results earlier than the expected date?
It has previously been observed that the PRC, as an implementing and policy-making body, may not adhere to the schedule for releasing exam results. The results of the Criminology Licensure Exam will be released on January 2-19, 2023, according to Resolution No. 1439. However, there have been a few occasions where the PRC has released the results early; for example, the December 2021 CLE exam results were released seven days earlier than expected.
In
conclusion, the results of the December 2022 CLE exam will be available at any
moment or closer to the expected date of results.
New passers are reminded of Section 19, Article III of R.A. 11131, states, to wit: “All successful candidates of the licensure examination shall take their oath of profession in person before the Board or any of its members, and with the Accredited Professional Organization (APO) in an oath-taking ceremony held for such purpose.
