April 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam Results

The results of the April 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Examination (PHLE) are expected to be released within two (2) working days from the last day of the examination, as required by Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Res. No. 1927, entitled “Schedule of Licensure Examinations for the Year 2025.”

The examination for Pharmacist Licensure Examination was administered on April 10 and 11, 2025 (Thursday and Friday) in different testing centers in the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

The examination was administered by the PRC Board of Pharmacy, which was chaired by Mr. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Adelina C. Royo and Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros, Members.

d. PHARMACOLOGY-PHARMACOKINETICS – Toxicology; Incompatibilities and Adverse Drug Reactions (15%)

The passing general weighted average rating is 75%, with no grade lower than 50% in more than two subjects.

Rating Verification

The PHLE rating verification for the April 2025 PHLE given by the PRC Board of Pharmacy will be available via PRC online portal.
