What happens next after passing the March 2024 LET exam?
After passing the exam, two important things must be completed by the successful passers: the oathtaking and the PRC ID.
The successful LET passer will have to login to their LERIS account at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Make sure to remember your LERIS account and password the same way you did during the application period. Now, if you forget your password, you can click “forgot password” located below the sign-in button and enter your email address to receive an email that your password has been reset.
Once you sign in, click on SELECT TRANSACTION and select the E-OATH option. Under E-OATH, select “PROFESSIONAL TEACHER” and type in your application number from your notice of admission (NOA), then click PROCEED.
The system will automatically give you the earliest date set for oathtaking and you will select your preferred schedule then click “SUBMIT APPLICATION” to proceed.
A confirmation message will pop-up with a summary of your transaction; make sure to print your oath form document or the PANUNUMPA NG PROPESYON under the “Existing Transaction” tab.
Successful passers after completing the transaction via Online LERIS will receive an email from the PRC informing them of their preferred online oathtaking schedule and other reminders and requirements such as ceremony protocols and proper decorum during the oathtaking ceremony.
The oathtaking ceremony may last an hour or less, and LET passers must be at a Zoom meeting (or other platform required by the PRC) 30 minutes or one hour before the scheduled oathtaking time; otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter the Zoom meeting.
The virtual waiting room will be opened at 8:00 am, and the host or administrator will start to admit participants into the conference room or meeting. The oathtaking ceremony normally starts at 9:00 a.m.
During the oathtaking ceremony, there will be an introductory message and a summary of percentage data for the March 2024 LET, which includes first-time, repeater, and overall passers, presented by the Board for Professional Teachers. Then proper oath-taking followed.
After taking an oath, the status of your LERIS account will be changed from PENDING to ATTENDED. Successful passers must take a screenshot as proof of attending the ceremony.
Once done with the oathtaking, go back to your LERIS account to process your PRC ID. Under your LERIS account, click on “SELECT TRANSACTION” and select “INITIAL REGISTRATION.” Then select “PROFESSIONAL TEACHER” and type in your application number from your notice of admission (NOA), then click “PROCEED.” Choose your preferred PRC Regional Office to select your scheduled appointment to process your PRC ID. Payment for initial registration is ₱1,050.
To complete your online appointment, you must choose your payment option or method. The easiest and most convenient payment methods recommended by the PRC are PAYMAYA and GCASH.
For initial registration requirements:
a. Online Oath Form;
b. Old Notice of Admission (NOA);
c. (2) Passport Size Picture (White Background, Formal with complete name tag “Surname, First Name, Middle Name”);
