NAPOLCOM Computer Assisted Examination (CAEx) for PNP Entrance Exam 2025
The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) will open the On-Line Exam Application for the Computer-Assisted Examination (CAEx) for the PNP Entrance Examination 2025.
Applicants must schedule an appointment using the NAPOLCOM Online Scheduling System (NOSS) on the website napolcom-noss.org.

Fills out the mandatory
fieldsand clicks the NEXT button.
3.
Chooses the desired date of examination and click SUBMIT button. A CONFIRMATION will appear if
registration was successful. If not, the process should be repeated.
4.
CLICK on the link to print the
Letter of Confirmation.
5.
Applicant proceeds to the NAPOLCOM Central Office on the date and the time
stated on the Letter of Confirmation with the complete requirements.
WARNING: It is
strongly discouraged for one person to register in the OLEASS twice or more. He
or she will be excluded from taking the exam if it is proved that two or more
names belong to the same individual.
WHAT TO BRING WHEN FILING
1.
The applicant’s emailed confirmation slip, a completed Application Form and
Index Card, and two (2) recent and similar 1×1 ID pictures (colored) with white
backgrounds and full name tags (indicate rank if PNP member, Last name, Middle
name and First name).
3. Transcript of Scholastic Record (with Special Order issued by CHED) and from CHED-accredited schools, state universities and colleges.
4. College/University Diploma
5. Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or Certified True Copy (CTC) of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) and duly authenticated by PSA.
6. For Patrolman/Patrolwoman with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order.
7. One (1) Government Issued ID with signature (SSS, GSIS, Voter’s, Postal, Passport, Driver’s License, PRC, etc) Note: STRICTLY “NO ID, NO PROCESSING.”
All
examinees must present ANY of the following:
a.
Notice of Admission (NOA);
b.
Pencil No. 2;
c. Two
(2) Government issued IDs with signature (SSS, GSIS, Voter’s, Postal, Passport,
Driver’s License, PRC, etc.). STRICTLY “NO I.D, NO EXAMINATION”;
d. All
examined must fill up their Health Declaration Form/NAPOLCOM Telehealth QR
Code and must present ANY of the following:
a. Vaccination
Card (for fully vaccinated individuals) AND a Medical
Certificate issued by Licensed Private Physician OR Government Physician;
b. Negative
Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) Test Result (for
non-fully vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals) issued within 72 hours
before the exam;
c. Negative
COVID-19 Antigen Test Result (for non-fully vaccinated and unvaccinated
individuals) issued within 72 hours before the exam;
d. Any
other requirements as may be required by the LGU in their testing centers (if
any).
Strictly no walk-in applicants.
How much is the examination fee?
Six
Hundred Pesos (Php 600.00)
WARNING: REGISTERING
TWICE OR MORE in the OLEASS by one and the same person
is strictly discouraged. Once proven that two or more names belong to just one
and the same person, he/she will be disqualified from taking the examination.
Is there a height requirement prior to
the test?
As
long as applicants have a bachelor’s degree and not more than 30 years old,
there would be no height requirement for police exams. Furthermore, the above
exams are distinct from the general requirements for Patrolman/Patrolwoman (Pat).
Note: It is only applicable when you apply for Patrolman/woman (Pat) Recruitment Program and must abide the required qualification i.e 5’4 or 1.62m for male and 5’2 or 1.57m for female unless you secure a height waiver. Although there’s an approved bill on lowering height requirements of PNP applicant but still it is pending for implementation.
A
qualified applicant shall be issued a Notice
of Admission (NOA) on the day he/she files his/her application and after
completing the application process, he/she will be required to proceed to the
Examination Center (20th floor) to take the exam.
