The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines

quasi-legislative functions that is affiliated with the Department of
Transportation and Communication (DOTC) for policy coordination purposes.
The CAAP is in charge of enforcing civil
aviation laws to ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient air travel.
